How Can I Place an Order?
There are three easy ways to order: Online, Phone, or Fax.
1. Online: Each product on PaulaWalla.com has an "Add item to shopping cart" button. When you see an item you want to order, follow these three easy steps:

Type in the Quantity / Choose Color/Scent
Click the "Add item to Shopping Cart" button. You can change, delete or add to your cart by changing the quantity and clicking the "Recalculate" button.
Continue shopping or check out. If you continue shopping, you can continue to browse the rest of the site, but don't leave PaulaWalla until you check out or your order can not be processed. Click on the "Your Cart" at the top left of any page to check out.
On checkout, you will be asked to fill in your your name, address, phone number, etc. Your information is always kept private Please see our privacy statement for reference.
Note: your browser must accept cookies - small programs that sit on your computer to remember your order until you check out.
2. Telephone: We are available to take calls from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST. Please leave a voicemail if you call any other time.

3. Fax: Send your order by fax to 1-860-298-9617. Be sure to include your billing address, shipping address, and payment information.
Is PaulaWalla Secure?

When checking out, you'll be using a Secure SSL form. The form is encrypted, or scrambled, so your private information will not be viewable by anyone else while it is in transit to us! How much is shipping and when will I receive my order?
Here's something you don't see everyday: FREE Shipping! We're not kidding! We pay shipping on all orders over $65 within the continental US. Order whatever you like and don't worry about having to tack on extra money for shipping.
Or, if you're in central Connecticut, choose "Pick Up" to avoid a shipping charge on all your orders! We'll even deliver free to Windsor CT USA!

Orders that qualify for free shipping are generally shipped by Fed Ex ground. If you require faster shipping, please choose Express Mail or call 860-490-4258 to request Priority Mail at an additional cost.
Orders shipped outside the United States may incur customs duties.
What Are My Payment Options?

Visa / Mastercard / Discover card Enter your credit card information with the confidence that our shopping cart is Secure. Credit card orders are usually shipped within 24 hours and will arrive within 3 - 10 days (in the US). In addition to your credit card number and expiration date, we ask for your Credit Card Verification Number (CVV2). Use of this number protects both of us from fradulent charges. The CVV2 number appears on the reverse side of your credit card. It is printed on the signature strip. It is the last three digits.
Paypal Paypal is a service that allows you to register your email address and credit card with them so you can pay for online purchases simply by entering the recipient's email address. By using Paypal you can keep track of your online purchases easily and you only have to type in your credit card number once, not on every site from which you make a purchase.
Check or Money order Complete your order online, then mail your check or money order to PaulaWalla Imports, 180 Rainbow Rd, Windsor, CT 06095 USA and we will ship your order 3 - 5 days after receipt of your payment.
What's Sale Email?
Sale Email is a brief email we send out each Sunday to show you how to save money! Each week we put up a new sale, and Sale Email Subscribers are the first to know! Sometimes sale items are only available in limited quantities, so we tell our dedicated Sale Email Members first before the general public snaps them up!
Sale Email Members are also eligible for Members-only discounts! These great deals and freebies pop up every so often in Sale Email and are ONLY available to subscribers! They are not posted anywhere else on the site. So subscribe today and save a lot of dough!

Can You Send My Order as a Gift?
Sure! If you indicate that your order is a gift by including a gift message, we'll ship the order without an invoice, we'll include your own personal gift message, and send you the receipt by mail. You'll be able to enter a gift message and "ship to" address on our online order form.
What if my Order Arrives Damaged?
Not to worry! It almost never happens, but if your order arrives damaged, let us know immediately. We will replace the damaged item at our expense.
So that we might be reimbursed by the post office for the damaged item, please help us out by taking a photo of the damaged package and contents, if possible. Then mail or email the photo(s) to us.
What if I Want to Return my Order?
All our products are 100% guaranteed. If you're not happy with your purchases for any reason, we want to know about it. We'll give you a 100% refund if you let us know within 30 days that you are not satisfied. We want you to be a satisfied online customer!
Does PaulaWalla Recycle? 
We believe in Recycling! We re-use all the packaging materials we receive: styrofoam peanuts, bubble wrap, cardboard boxes, packing tissue, and whatever else comes our way. This occasionally results in customers receiving not-quite-new-looking boxes, which our marketing gurus say could hurt our image, but we don't care if you don't! We can't stand to add to landfills when we don't have to. And most of our customers are environmentally friendly and value the fact that we're reducing waste. We're not worried about losing business when the environment is at stake.
When you receive PaulaWalla orders, please recycle the packing materials! Call the Peanut Hotline at 800-828-2214 for a list of businesses near you that will take styrofoam peanuts for reuse, or send them back to PaulaWalla and we'll send you a special thank you gift with your next order!
